A bit of history
Starting September 2024, APIZZA Little Italy is hitting the culinary road with “Big Apple”-----our unique, custom-designed mobile clay oven--------fired with applewood to screaming temperatures of 900 F-1000 F.
The amazing back-story of APIZZA Little Italy in downtown Tacoma started on wheels – twenty years ago in 2004!
Our very first pizza served (the Original…) was not made in a restaurant (they would come later….) but in the street!-----at the Ballard Farmer’s Market.
The roots of our “movable feast” run very deep as you can see------and now, City of Tacoma, Pierce County, Kitsap and South Sound pizza lovers can have the finest Italian specialties anywhere, anyplace, anytime.
How incredible is that?!
How does it work?
Each gathering and celebration is unique ----so we customize our catering services to fit your dreams, ideas, budget, palate and circumstances.
We have the capacity to feed up to 200 people at this point at any location.
Some guests only want our famous apizza---------while others want “the whole shebang”: mouthwatering appetizers, fine wine, fabulous salads, pasta dishes, gelato, prosecco, cocktails. cannolis and everything else Italian.
Yes------we also have a full liquor license and can set up a fabulous bar menu and bartender - with classic Italian cocktails for you as well.
